The Kitsap County market looked healthy in this week's report, as the number of sales went up to 377 homes sold over the last 30 days. In comparison, nearby King County had 3,068 sales in the same time frame, the most of all neighboring counties. The median sales price has been increasing as it hit $285,000, extending a 12-week long spike. With only two months of inventory and rising sales prices, Kitsap County is a solid seller's market.
